#26 Oaths and Vows
The Book of Oaths and Vows
Chapter: To vow for to be obedient to Allah. And the Statement of Allah تَعَالَىٰ : "And whatever you spend for spendings (e.g. Sadaqa--charity, etc. for Allah's Cause) or whatever vow you make..." (V .2:270)
The Prophet صَلَّى ٱللَّٰهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ سَلَّم did not cauterise (the amputated limbs of) those who fought (against Allah and his messenger) and of those who were renegades (reverted from Islam) (therefore they bled) till they died.
